Yes! All my crystals are 100% genuine and sourced directly from nature. I make sure they are not artificially treated or dyed—unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

2. Where do your crystals come from?

My crystals come directly from mine owners worldwide, especially from Brazil, Uruguay, and Peru. I personally travel to the mines to select the most beautiful and highest quality pieces for you.

3. How long does the shipping take?

I ship from Zurich and your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 1–3 business days.

4. Do you also offer a crystal search service?

Yes! If you are looking for a special crystal, I can organize it for you. Through my close cooperation with mine owners, I can find particularly rare and unique pieces at fair prices. Just write to me!

5. Can I also buy crystals wholesale?

Yes! If you need larger quantities, I offer attractive wholesale prices. Contact me for a personalized quote.

6. Can I buy on account?

Yes, you can purchase your order on account (KFAF) via Etsy: Etsy shop. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible on my website.

My crystals come directly from mine owners, without intermediaries. This allows me to offer you the highest quality at fair prices, even before they are presented at fairs or reach the mass market.

8. How sustainable is the mining of your crystals?

I make sure that my crystals are sourced ethically and sustainably. I know my suppliers personally and ensure that the miners are fairly compensated and that the mining is environmentally friendly.

9. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return the order within 14 days. However, returns are only possible if the crystal is in perfect condition and after prior consultation with me.
