2. Where do your crystals come from?
My crystals come directly from mine owners around the world, especially in Brazil, Uruguay, and Peru. I personally travel to the mines to select the most beautiful and highest-quality pieces for you.
3. How long does shipping take?
I ship from Zurich, and your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 1–3 business days.
4. Do you also offer crystal hunting services?
Yes! If you're looking for a specific crystal, I can organize it for you. Through my close collaboration with mine owners, I can find particularly rare and unique pieces at fair prices. Just write to me!
5. Can I also buy crystals wholesale?
Yes! If you need larger quantities, I offer attractive wholesale prices. Contact me for a customized quote.
6. Can I buy on account?
Yes, you can purchase your order on account (KFAF) through Etsy: Etsy Shop . Unfortunately, this is not currently possible on my website.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. However, returns are only possible if the crystal is in perfect condition and after prior consultation with me.
