Right of return

My right of return is 14 days. After this period, unfortunately no refund or exchange is possible.

Return conditions:

✔ The goods must be sent back in perfect condition.

❌ Items with signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

✔ The return must be sent to the given address. You bear the costs of the return.

❗ Exceptions to the right of return:

➡ Gift vouchers are excluded from returns.

To process the return, I need a receipt or proof of purchase.
