Return policy

My return policy is 14 days. After this period, unfortunately, no refund or exchange is possible.

Return conditions:

✔ The goods must be returned in perfect condition.

❌ Items with signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

✔ Returns must be sent to the specified address. You bear the cost of the return shipping.

❗ Exceptions to the return policy:

➡ Gift vouchers are excluded from returns.

To process the return, I need a receipt or proof of purchase.
