Exclusive Amethyst Sphere with Sparkling Calcite - 13cm, 2.5kg

This exceptional amethyst sphere captivates with its wonderful color gradient and the rare occurrence of calcite within, enhanced by the finest sparkling microcrystallization. A true rarity, as amethysts with calcite inclusions are extremely rare and particularly difficult to find, especially with perfectly formed large crystals.

This sphere was hand-polished to enhance its natural beauty and comes from Brazil, where I personally selected it on site and brought it to Switzerland.

Amethyst forms over millions of years deep within the Earth's interior under extreme pressure and temperature conditions. Geological processes in which iron-containing solutions crystallize in cavities create these fascinating violet crystals. The presence of calcite makes this piece a true masterpiece of nature.
