SECTION 20 - SHIPPING RISK
Delivery is made within Switzerland and abroad. Shipping risk and benefit transfer to the customer as soon as the goods leave our warehouse. Unique Crystals is not liable for stolen packages. Please choose the "Registered" option for additional security. Claims (e.g., damage, loss, delays, non-delivery, etc.) must be made with the carrier.
SECTION 21 - RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted. Please send the goods back to the specified return address. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Promotional items (if applicable)
A refund can only be issued for items at regular price; promotional items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.
You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you ship an item worth more than 75 CHF, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

Please note that orders from abroad may incur additional import taxes, customs duties, and/or other charges, which must be borne by the buyer in the recipient country. These costs vary depending on the country and the value of the goods and are determined by the customs authorities of the respective country.
We recommend that you inform yourself about possible fees and regulations in your country before making a purchase.
